Comment – I have done a variety of block reports and they all show best results with at least 3 blocks. I call a one block a “One – Shot – Wonder” – not a sign of affection. To get that much relief with one paraspinous block is great but having not done more might dissuade people from doing what is really needed – 3+ shots.
